The Children’s Development Foundation implements comprehensive programs aimed at children’s development, rehabilitation, and social inclusion, while also supporting their families and communities.
The foundation provides multidisciplinary services, including psychological, educational, social, and rehabilitative support for children, taking into account each child’s individual needs and abilities.
In addition to direct services, the foundation emphasizes the active involvement of families in the child’s development process by providing consultation, support, and professional guidance to parents and caregivers. The family-centered approach contributes not only to the child’s progress but also to strengthening the family’s overall capacities and confidence.

In 2009, we were registered as an independent foundation. Since then, the foundation has implemented over 60 social programs and provided services to more than 120 children on a monthly basis.
Building on a design laboratory established in 2002, the foundation registered the “ZarMan” brand in 2016. “ZarMan” focuses on creating and producing “talking notebooks” and environmentally friendly educational toys, with the revenue generated directed toward providing professional services and implementing other social programs for children from families in difficult life situations.
Since 2009, the Foundation has changed the lives of more than 5,000 children. Yerevan’s “ZarMan” Development Center has been joined by centers in Areni, Jermuk, and Vayk. Today, more than 400 children fill the colorful and welcoming world of the CDF with smiles each month, while our social programs continue to bring positive change in our target regions—Ararat, Armavir, Kotayk, and Vayots Dzor.
