1. General provisions
1.1. This policy sets out how personal data are processed through the website https://cdf.am (the "Website").
1.2. The data controller is the Child Development Foundation (tax ID 01845834; address: 1 Romanos Melikyan St., Yerevan, Armenia; email: info@cdf.am; phone: +374 33 005 413) (the "Foundation").
1.3. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" and other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Personal data processed
2.1. When making an online donation: first name, last name, email address, phone number, donation amount and currency, donation type (one-time or monthly), the choice to appear as anonymous, a note on the purpose of the donation (if provided), the date of the donation, and the donation and bank order numbers.
2.2. Payment card details are entered on the bank's payment page (epg.arca.am) and processed by ACBA Bank OJSC and the ArCa payment system. The Foundation does not receive or store payment card details.
2.3. When you write to us by email: the data contained in your message.
2.4. To keep the Website secure, the server records technical data of each visit: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, and the address of the page visited.
2.5. Visit statistics (pages visited, traffic source, device type, approximate location) — only with the consent described in section 4.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. Personal data are processed in order to:
- a) receive and record donations;
- b) send confirmation and notification emails about donations;
- c) meet the accounting and reporting requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
- d) answer requests and enquiries;
- e) keep the Website secure;
- f) improve the Website on the basis of visit statistics, if consent has been given.
3.2. Personal data are not used for advertising and are not sold.
4. Cookies and statistics
4.1. The Website stores on the visitor's device the data needed for the Website to work, including the visitor's choice regarding cookies.
4.2. The Website may use Google Analytics for visit statistics. Analytics cookies are activated only with the visitor's consent, given through the notice shown on the Website. No analytics cookies are stored before consent is given.
4.3. The visitor may change this choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the Website, or delete stored data in the browser settings.
5. Disclosure to third parties
5.1. Personal data may be disclosed only for the purposes listed in section 3 and only to:
- a) ACBA Bank OJSC and the ArCa payment system, to carry out the payment;
- b) the Website hosting provider, for the technical maintenance of the Website;
- c) Google LLC, for the operation of the Foundation's email (Google Workspace) and, if consent has been given, for visit statistics (Google Analytics);
- d) public authorities, in the cases and manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
6. Retention periods
6.1. Donation records are kept for the period set by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia for accounting documents.
6.2. Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and take related action.
6.3. Server technical records are kept no longer than necessary for security purposes.
7. Data protection
7.1. Data between the Website and the visitor are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to personal data is limited to authorised Foundation staff.
8. Rights of the data subject
8.1. The data subject has the right to:
- a) receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- b) request correction, blocking or deletion of their personal data;
- c) withdraw consent at any time;
- d) appeal the Foundation's actions to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or in court.
8.2. Requests may be sent to info@cdf.am or to the Foundation's address.
9. Changes
9.1. The Foundation may amend this policy. Amendments take effect when published on the Website. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this document.
